My Approach

Welcome to your healing journey! As your therapist, I plan to guide you through the path of discovering a new you. We'll begin by building rapport and learning to trust one another. I use motivational interviewing to assess your readiness to change. I also use the strengths-based perspective to highlight your abilities. During our sessions, we will focus on core beliefs, maladaptive behaviors, and the foundations behind these behaviors. With the solution-focused technique, we will find and utilize the most appropriate solution. I will encourage you to be autonomous and trust your intuition!
